My reasons for starting up 'Shine' are simple .. In this world today there are so many people battling against the pressures of life that you no longer seem to make the time for yourself. Rushing around with families, careers, pressures to pay the bills and achieve what is expected of you rather than what you want to achieve .. Dreams and ambitions are forgotten along the way and taking the time to care for yourself become further and further down your list of priorities.

Fitness doesn’t have to be about going to the gym but for some individuals this is an ideal option. Fitness is about being active every day and of course having fun!
