Whether it is walking to work rather than driving or taking the bus, taking the stairs instead of the lift, or something as simple as walking the dog.

Through the course of our sessions I will be going through what your present activity level is and how we can change this for the better, using ways that will suit you.

Everyone is an individual and what is good for one will not necessary work for another. I will set challenges to help make the reaching of your goals more fun and fulfilling and help keep you motivated along the way.

People using my face to face service will receive a fitness assessment. I will measure the levels of body fat, lean muscle and water within your body, and design a plan accordingly. We will monitor these measurements, and watch your motivation grow as you make steady progress towards your goals.

For those using my email service, I will provide you with photos and detailed description of exercises suited to your requirements, I will keep in regular touch with support, motivation and help when needed.

I guarantee, whichever way you chose to work with me, that I will be right here until you are ready to go it alone.
